DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

FreeSex3x respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, you can submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

How to file a notice

Send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent at [email protected] with the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or — if multiple works are covered by a single notice — a representative list of those works.
3. The URL of each allegedly infringing video on FreeSex3x (full URL, not just the site root).
4. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Response time and counter-notices

Valid notices are processed within 7 business days. The disputed content is taken down while we review the claim. If you believe a takedown was made in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address, including the same identifying information and a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.

Repeat infringers — operators who have multiple valid notices filed against their uploads — are blocked from the platform under our standard DMCA policy.
